Shipping options and charges

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout for the items in your cart and your delivery address. Review the complete order total before paying. Availability varies by product and destination; a product may not be available for delivery to every location.

Processing and delivery

Order processing times vary by product. Any processing time stated on a product page is separate from the carrier transit estimate shown at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Multiple packages

Items can ship from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages. Shipping charges for your order are shown at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address carefully before paying. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting or a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
