30-day return requests

For purchases from CartMode, contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition, with tags, accessories and original packaging. Include your order number or proof of purchase. This is CartMode’s customer policy; contact us directly about your CartMode order.

Start a return

Email joseurena18@yahoo.com with your order number, item and reason for return. Wait for authorization and the correct return instructions before shipping. Return destinations vary by item; do not send a return to an address on a parcel or to our contact address without instructions.

Return shipping and fees

For an eligible change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. CartMode does not charge a restocking fee. If we offer a prepaid return label, we will disclose its exact cost and obtain your agreement before deducting that amount from your refund. You may instead use an appropriate tracked shipping service at your expense.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include a description and, where practical, photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate. We will arrange an appropriate return, replacement or refund without charging you return postage for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item. The unused-condition requirement does not prevent a valid defect claim.

Refunds

We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Applicable original shipping or agreed return-label deductions will be explained in the refund confirmation.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us before placing a replacement order if you need a different option. Exchanges depend on availability. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.
